I struck out with the Froli mattress support system for our Murphy bed. There wasn't enough room for the "Travel" version of the Froli and the mattress. We'd really like to improve the comfort of our current mattress but may need to go to an expensive custom. Does anyone have an idea if the 2021 24RL Murphy bed can be adjusted to accomodate another 2" or so of thickness for the matress? Or, any other suggestions to improve comfort without spending the big bucks?

We have a 2023 unity rl and find the mattress to be quite okay … better than we expected. Have you contacted LTV to ask if they’re using the same mattress today that they provided in your unit? Maybe they’ve changed brands that you could consider. We added a high quality, somewhat thicker, mattress pad with a cooling technology. Overall, we’re pleased with the comfort.
