2026 Fall Rally | The Waves Signature RV Resort

Good afternoon, everyone!

We’re so excited to see you all this weekend at The Waves for our Fall Rally 2026. Here are a few friendly reminders.

Checking In at The Waves

We’ll have volunteer residents ready to help speed things along so you can get settled quickly. Since Friday will be busy, please bear with us as we get everyone checked in.

The Waves office closes at 4:30 p.m., so if you’re arriving later, please give them a call so they can arrange for your arrival and check in.

Also, their sites don’t include picnic tables—so if you’d like one, feel free to bring your own.

Friday Morning Visit to Naples Therapeutic Riding Center

We’re heading over on Friday morning! Our visit starts at 9:00 a.m., and it’s about a 30-minute drive, so we’ll leave The Waves at 8:30 a.m. Let us know if you’d like to join us—we’d love to have you!

Activities

We don’t have any offsite plans, and you can sign up for everything once you arrive. No worries if you can’t find anything on the website since there is nothing to sign up for.

Name Tags

Unfortunately, the package from LTV arrived damaged, and the name tags, lanyards, and other items were lost It was too late to send replacements. If you’re a veteran Flamingle, please bring your tag from past rallies. We’ll have stick-on tags for first-timers so we can all learn each other’s names. It’s a little setback, but these things happen—let’s just roll with it and have fun!
