We are so excited for our upcoming Fall Rally and wanted to share some preliminary information about all the fun, food, activities, and special guests we have planned!
Friday Night – Let’s Kick Things Off!
We’re mixing things up a little this year with a special Paella Dinner on Friday evening!
Our caterer will be preparing a delicious selection of:
🥘 Vegetarian Paella
🦐 Seafood Paella
🍗 Chicken & Chorizo Paella
I’ll admit—I initially forgot to include the Paella selection on the ticket questionnaire! So, if you have already registered, keep an eye out for a follow-up email asking you to select your preferred Paella.
If you haven’t registered yet, no worries! When you purchase your tickets, you’ll be able to choose between Seafood or Chicken & Chorizo Paella. Our vegetarian friends are already accounted for, so you’re all set!
And speaking of our caterer…we think we may have raised the bar once again with this menu! We are definitely excited about what’s in store for your taste buds!

Saturday Morning – Tire Safety & Weigh-In
Saturday morning, we’re excited to welcome a very special guest, Carlton Jackson from RV Tech Weigh Inspect, who will be presenting an important program on RV Tire Safety.

Carlton will not only be sharing valuable information about tire safety, but will also be providing 4-Corner Independent Weighing of our LTVs and Toads (if you have one).
There’s an ongoing discussion about the proper PSI to run in our tires, and the report you receive will be based on the actual weight of each corner of your rig, along with the brand of tires you are running.
Cost:
LTV: $75
Toad: Additional $25
Here’s what you can expect from their service:
Individual wheel measurements for precise load information
A detailed report with tire and load guidance
Tips for balancing and reducing weight for safer travel
Tire inflation and condition checks
This is a great opportunity to learn more about your rig and make sure you’re traveling as safely as possible.

We’ll have a sign-up sheet where you can choose your activity, gather your teammates, and then go for the gold! 🥇
Saturday Night – Halloween Party!
Saturday evening, The Waves will be hosting a Halloween Party complete with live music and a costume competition!
So bring your favorite costume and get ready to eat, drink, dance, and maybe even get a little tricked or treated while we groove to the Monster Mash! 🎃👻
Giving Back – Naples Therapeutic Riding Center
But before we get our groove on Saturday evening, we’ll take some time to recognize an organization that is doing wonderful work in the local Naples community.
For this rally, we have selected the Naples Therapeutic Riding Center (NTRC) as the recipient of our charitable donation.

Sunday Moring– Business Meeting
On Sunday, we’ll hold our Florida Flamingles Business Meeting, where we’ll discuss our current financials and, most importantly, hold nominations and elections for our new board members.

Secretary — currently vacant
We hope you’ll join us and take part in this important part of our Flamingles community!
